石膏在加气砖中的重要作用!

  看到这个标题我觉得不可思议,石膏还有此种作用啊,原来石膏在加气砖消费中充任发气过程中的调理剂。它是一种常用的胶凝资料,石膏不只作为发气过程调理剂,同时也因参与水热合成反响而能够进步制品强度,减少收缩,进步抗冻性。石膏在加气砖消费中主要有以下几个方面:

Because the aluminate component in cement can not be suppressed by gypsum, it may occur rapid condensation. At this time, gypsum should be supplemented.

  第四,进步坯体及制品的强度,改善收缩等性能。石膏在静停过程中的坯体内参与生成水化硫铝酸钙和C-S-H凝胶,使坯体强度进步。加强了坯体顺应蒸压时温差应力和湿差应力的才能。在蒸压过程中,石膏能够促进水热反响的停止,使CSH(I)向托勃莫来石转化。
  Fourthly, the strength of green bodies and products should be improved, and the shrinkage property should be improved. The gypsum participates in the formation of hydrated calcium sulphoaluminate and C-S-H gel during the static shutdown process, so that the strength of the green body is improved. It strengthens the ability of temperature difference stress and wet difference stress when green body complies with autoclaving. In the autoclave process, gypsum can promote the stop of hydrothermal reaction and make CSH (I) transform to tobermorite.
