很多业主把墙面问题全算在“漆不好”头上，其实撕开表层一看，腻子已经在粉化、空鼓、泛碱。面漆只是外衣，真正决定墙面寿命的是底下那几毫米。

Many homeowners attribute wall problems solely to poor paint quality, but upon tearing open the surface, the putty is already powdering, hollowing out, and alkalizing. The topcoat is just the outer layer, it is the few millimeters underneath that truly determine the lifespan of the wall.

先分清楚该用哪一类，别被“通用”两个字带偏：

First, clarify which category to use and avoid being misled by the word 'universal':

卧室、客厅这些干燥区域，用普通成品腻子就行，打磨细腻、省工。

Dry areas such as bedrooms and living rooms can be polished with ordinary finished putty, which is delicate and labor-saving.

厨房、卫生间外侧墙面、阳台、地下室、老房北墙，建议上N型耐水腻子。普通腻子遇潮一泡就软，耐水腻子浸水24小时强度不掉。

The exterior walls of the kitchen, bathroom, balcony, basement, and north wall of the old house must be coated with N-type water-resistant putty. Ordinary putty softens when soaked in moisture, while water-resistant putty maintains its strength after 24 hours of immersion.

外墙和真石漆底层，走外墙抗裂腻子，柔性和耐候指标比内墙高一大截，别拿内墙料顶。

The exterior walls and the bottom layer of real stone paint should be coated with anti cracking putty for the exterior walls. The flexibility and weather resistance indicators should be significantly higher than those of the interior walls. Do not use interior wall materials for topping.

选材时盯三行字：包装执行标准写没写JG/T 298，耐水型标不标N型，环保指标过没过GB 18582。拿不到检测报告的散装粉，再便宜也别进屋。

When selecting materials, pay attention to three lines of text: whether JG/T 298 is written in the packaging execution standard, whether N type is marked in the water resistance standard, and whether the environmental protection index meets GB 18582. Don't enter the house for bulk powder that can't get the test report, no matter how cheap it is.

施工避坑比买贵料更重要：

Avoiding construction pits is more important than buying expensive materials:

第一，基层不牢全白干。混凝土脱模剂、旧墙粉化层、浮灰油污不清掉，直接批腻子等于把纸贴在沙子上。起砂墙先滚界面剂，含水率压到8%以下再开工。

Firstly, if the grassroots is not firmly established, all efforts will be in vain. If the concrete release agent, old wall powder layer, and floating ash and oil stains are not removed, directly applying putty is equivalent to sticking paper on sand. Roll the interface agent first for the sanding wall, and then start working when the moisture content is reduced to below 8%.

第二，大坑用石膏填，别拿腻子厚找平。单遍腻子控制在1到2毫米，总厚别超3到5毫米。一遍刮太厚，外干内湿，必裂。

Secondly, fill the large pit with gypsum instead of using thick putty to level it. The single layer putty should be controlled within 1 to 2 millimeters, and the total thickness should not exceed 3 to 5 millimeters. Scratching too thick once will make it dry on the outside and wet on the inside, and it will crack.

第三，两遍之间建议干透再上第二遍。没干透就盖下一层，水汽闷在夹层里，入住第一个采暖季就鼓包发霉。

Thirdly, it must be thoroughly dried before applying the second coat. Covering up before it dries completely, the water vapor is trapped in the interlayer, and it will swell and mold in the first heating season of occupancy.

第四，严禁现场加801胶、水泥“增强”。成品腻子的胶粉比例是算好的，乱加胶等于把甲醛和脆性一起加进去。

Fourthly, it is strictly prohibited to add 801 glue or cement "reinforcement" on site. The rubber powder ratio of finished putty is calculated, adding glue randomly is equivalent to adding formaldehyde and brittleness together.

第五，打磨选在“表干微硬”的时候，太湿起毛、太干费砂纸。打磨完把浮灰吹干净再上底漆，不然漆膜附着力直接减半。

Fifth, choose polishing when the surface is dry and slightly hard, and use sandpaper if it is too wet or too dry. After polishing, blow off the floating dust and apply the primer, otherwise the adhesion of the paint film will be reduced by half.

顺手记一条验收红线：晚上关灯，拿手电贴墙侧照，看到波浪影、砂眼、阴角不直，当场让师傅补，等面漆刷完再改就要连漆一起磨掉。

Take a note of the acceptance red line: turn off the lights at night, use a flashlight to stick to the wall for side lighting, and if you see wave shadows, sand holes, or uneven corners, ask the master to repair them on the spot. After the surface paint is painted, make changes and polish off the paint together.

把“潮区用耐水、厚坑用石膏、薄批两遍、干透再盖、禁加胶”这五句钉在交底单上，同样一套乳胶漆，能多挺好几年不开裂。

Nail the five sentences of "water-resistant for damp areas, gypsum for thick pits, thin batch twice, dry before covering, and no glue added" on the disclosure sheet. With the same set of latex paint, it can last for several years without cracking.
