  墙面腻子脱粉,是建材行业和施工团队最头疼的质量通病,也是影响腻子口碑和工程验收的核心问题。腻子层干燥后轻轻一搓就掉粉、掉渣,后期刷漆、贴壁纸都会出现起皮、空鼓、脱落,返工成本极高,很多人误以为是施工干燥过快导致,实则核心原因是**灰钙添加比例不足**,配方内胶凝材料含量不够,腻子层内聚力缺失,才会出现顽固性脱粉。想要彻底根治脱粉问题,没有捷径可走,精准把控灰钙添加量,才是最直接有效的解决办法。

The cost of rework is extremely high, and many people mistakenly believe that it is caused by too fast drying during construction. In fact, the core reason is the insufficient proportion of calcium ash added, the insufficient content of cementitious materials in the formula, and the lack of cohesion in the putty layer, which leads to stubborn powder peeling. There is no shortcut to completely cure the problem of powdering. Accurately controlling the amount of calcium added is the most direct and effective solution.

  灰钙基腻子是济南及北方地区常用的腻子品类,灰钙作为核心胶凝成分,承担着粘结成型、增强腻子层强度的关键作用,添加比例直接决定腻子是否脱粉、强度是否达标。市面上很多低价腻子为压缩成本,刻意减少灰钙添加量,看似原料成本降低,却直接导致腻子层无强度、易脱粉,完全达不到施工标准。为了精准找到防脱粉的灰钙添加底线,我们通过行业通用的手搓实测法,选取三组极具代表性的添加配比,做了对照实验,数据结果直观且有说服力。

  Grey calcium based putty is a commonly used type of putty in Jinan and northern regions. Grey calcium serves as the core adhesive component and plays a key role in bonding and enhancing the strength of the putty layer. The addition ratio directly determines whether the putty will peel off and whether the strength meets the standard. Many low-priced putty products on the market intentionally reduce the amount of calcium added to reduce costs, which may seem like a decrease in raw material costs, but directly results in the putty layer having no strength and being prone to powder detachment, completely failing to meet construction standards. In order to accurately find the bottom line of anti powder gray calcium addition, we selected three highly representative addition ratios through the industry's commonly used hand rubbing measurement method and conducted a control experiment. The data results were intuitive and convincing.

  本次实验选取100份、150份、200份三组灰钙添加量,其余原料配比完全一致,添加等量清水调配,将三组腻子搅拌至完全相同的施工状态,均匀批刮在三块标准基层板上,待完全干燥固化后,用传统手搓法检测脱粉情况,这也是行业内最直观、最实用的腻子强度检测方式。实验结果清晰呈现:灰钙添加100份的样板,轻轻用手一搓,大量粉末脱落,脱粉现象极其严重,腻子层完全无强度,属于不合格产品;灰钙添加150份的样板,手搓后仍有明显轻微脱粉,虽比100份配比有所改善,但依旧达不到施工验收标准,后期依旧会出现掉粉问题。

  In this experiment, three sets of lime calcium addition amounts were selected: 100 parts, 150 parts, and 200 parts. The remaining raw material ratios were exactly the same, and an equal amount of water was added to mix the three sets of putty. The three sets of putty were stirred to the same construction state and evenly scraped onto three standard base boards. After complete drying and solidification, the traditional hand rubbing method was used to detect powder removal, which is also the most intuitive and practical putty strength testing method in the industry. The experimental results are clearly presented: a sample with 100 parts of gray calcium added, gently rubbed by hand, a large amount of powder falls off, and the phenomenon of powder detachment is extremely serious. The putty layer has no strength at all, which is an unqualified product; The sample with 150 parts of gray calcium added still showed obvious slight powder loss after hand rubbing. Although it improved compared to the 100 part ratio, it still did not meet the construction acceptance standards, and powder loss problems may still occur in the later stage.

  而灰钙添加量达到200份的样板,反复用手搓擦,表面完全无脱粉、无掉渣,腻子层紧实光滑,内聚力充足,强度完全达标,彻底杜绝脱粉现象。这组实测数据充分证明,**灰钙基腻子想要完全避免脱粉,灰钙添加量最低不能少于200份**,这是根治脱粉问题的硬性底线,低于这个比例,无论后期如何优化施工、调整干燥速度,都无法从根源解决脱粉难题。

  The sample with a calcium ash addition of 200 parts can be repeatedly rubbed and wiped by hand, and the surface is completely free of powder and slag. The putty layer is compact and smooth, with sufficient cohesion and strength that meets the standard, completely eliminating the phenomenon of powder peeling. This set of actual test data fully proves that in order to completely avoid powdering, the minimum amount of lime calcium added for * * calcium based putty should not be less than 200 parts * *. This is the hard bottom line for curing powdering problems. Below this ratio, no matter how to optimize construction and adjust drying speed in the later stage, it is impossible to solve the problem of powdering from the root.

  需要特别注意的是,我国不同地区生产的灰钙,品质、有效成分含量存在差异,钙粉纯度、活性度各不相同,本次实验数据仅作为通用配方参考。实际生产中,需根据当地采购灰钙的实际品质,小幅微调添加比例,品质偏中下等的灰钙,可适当提高添加量,确保腻子层强度达标;品质优质的高活性灰钙,可在200份基础上小幅浮动,但绝不能大幅降低标准,否则脱粉问题会再次出现。

  It should be noted that the quality and active ingredient content of gray calcium produced in different regions of China vary, and the purity and activity of calcium powder also differ. The data from this experiment is only used as a reference for general formulas. In actual production, it is necessary to slightly adjust the addition ratio based on the actual quality of locally purchased calcium ash. For calcium ash with lower quality, the addition amount can be appropriately increased to ensure that the strength of the putty layer meets the standard; High quality and high activity gray calcium can fluctuate slightly on the basis of 200 parts, but the standard must not be significantly lowered, otherwise the problem of powdering will occur again.
