　　厚层找平需分层施工，严禁单次超厚批刮，这是济南石膏施工的核心禁忌。全屋找平厚度超过1.5公分的部位，先进行第一遍薄刮，用抹子或刮板用力压实薄批，重点在筋条边沿反复推拉，彻底排出基层与石膏间的空气，增强石膏与墙体的粘结力，杜绝空鼓隐患。待首遍石膏初步硬化后，再进行第二遍上厚料，单次批刮厚度严禁超过1.5公分，用抹子将石膏均匀压实、初步找平，整体高度控制在低于筋条5mm，为后续刮尺精平预留空间，避免过厚导致干燥收缩开裂。

A trowel or scraper should be used to press the thin batch firmly, with a focus on repeatedly pushing and pulling the edges of the reinforcing bars to thoroughly remove the air between the base layer and the gypsum, enhance the bonding strength between the gypsum and the wall, and eliminate the hidden danger of hollowing. After the initial hardening of the first layer of gypsum, the second layer of thick material should be applied. The thickness of a single batch of scraping should not exceed 1.5 centimeters. Use a trowel to evenly compact and preliminarily level the gypsum, with the overall height controlled at 5mm below the reinforcing bars, to reserve space for subsequent scraping and leveling, and to avoid drying, shrinkage, and cracking caused by excessive thickness.

　　全屋大面积找平，需遵循同一方向有序施工原则，先再次薄刮一遍增强附着力，用抹子舀满石膏，横向均匀拍满墙面，不留任何空隙，根据实际找平厚度灵活调整石膏用量。随后进入关键的刮尺精平环节（俗称飞腰），找准发力角度，由下至上采用短距离、快频率的方式推动刮尺，快速刮平墙面，刮下的浮料及时填补到缺料位置，重复操作直至墙面整体平整，无高低落差。施工中若发现刮尺过后有突出圆点，说明内部存在气泡，需及时划破排气，重新压实刮平，避免干燥后出现麻面、空鼓。

First, thin scrape again to enhance adhesion, use a trowel to scoop up gypsum, and evenly pat the wall horizontally without leaving any gaps. Adjust the amount of gypsum flexibly according to the actual leveling thickness. Subsequently, we enter the critical stage of scraping and leveling (commonly known as flying waist), where we find the correct angle of force and use a short distance, fast frequency method to push the scraper from bottom to top to quickly level the wall surface. The floating material scraped off is promptly filled to the missing material position, and the process is repeated until the wall surface is completely flat without any height or height differences. If protruding dots are found after scraping the ruler during construction, it indicates the presence of bubbles inside. It is necessary to promptly cut and exhaust the air, re compact and scrape it flat to avoid the appearance of rough surfaces and hollows after drying.
