济南石膏粉的制作要注意哪些?

选择好的石膏矿物作为原料是石膏粉制作的首要步骤。在选取石膏矿物时需要考虑其成分、质地和纯度。常用的石膏矿物有石膏石、蒸发石膏、膨润土石膏等。其中,石膏石是常用的原料。

碾磨

将选取的石膏矿物送入碾磨机中进行碾磨处理,将块状的石膏矿物磨成细粉末。碾磨机的选用要考虑石膏矿物的硬度和韧性,一般使用球磨机或者离心磨机。

筛分

煅烧

将筛分后的石膏粉末送入煅烧窑内进行煅烧处理。煅烧过程中,石膏粉末会逐渐变硬,水分会被蒸发掉,同时石膏中的各种杂质也会被分解和挥发。煅烧温度一般在160℃到200℃之间,时间取决于石膏粉末的成分和烧结要求。

加入助剂
