If there is residual release agent on the concrete wall, it must be treated with a wire brush or grinder. A simple inspection method: touch the surface of the base layer with your hand. If there is dust or oil on your fingers, it indicates that further cleaning is needed.

The correct approach is to water and moisten the base layer one day before plastering, so that the base layer reaches a state of "wet inside and dry outside" - saturated with water absorption inside and no visible water on the surface. If the base layer is made of aerated concrete blocks, the water absorption rate is extremely high, and wetting is particularly important. If necessary, an interface agent can be applied to seal the bottom.

Fiber reinforced materials need to be added to the surface of wood, as wood will expand and contract with humidity changes, and ordinary mortar cannot adapt to this deformation.

When the temperature changes, the expansion and contraction of the materials on both sides are not consistent, and the plaster layer will inevitably crack. These positions must be equipped with steel wire mesh or alkali resistant fiberglass mesh cloth, and the mesh material should span at least 100mm on both sides of the joint and be firmly fixed with nails or steel nails. Hanging a net cannot "prevent" cracking, but it can "disperse" the cracks into fine mesh like cracks, avoiding the occurrence of through cracks that affect the appearance.
