1、 Market classification system for putty products

物理状态分类

Physical state classification

(1)膏状腻子:预拌型产品,开罐即用,施工便捷但储存期短(通常≤6个月)

(1) Pasty putty: a pre mixed product that can be used immediately after opening the can, with convenient construction but short storage period (usually ≤ 6 months)

(2)粉状腻子:需现场加水调配,保质期长(通常12-24个月),成本效益高

(2) Powdered putty: needs to be mixed with water on site, has a long shelf life (usually 12-24 months), and is cost-effective

(3)胶配填料:由施工方自行掺胶调配,质量波动大,已逐步被淘汰

(2)外墙腻子:强调耐候性,需通过抗裂性(裂纹宽度≤0.2mm)和冻融循环(≥25次)测试

标准施工流程

基层处理→界面剂涂布(必要时)→第一遍批刮(厚度≤3mm)→第二遍精找平(厚度≤1mm)→打磨(240-400目砂纸)→底漆涂刷

批刮次数准则

(1)新建墙体:2遍(总厚度≤4mm)

(2)改造墙面:3遍(含找平层,总厚度≤6mm)

(2) Wall renovation: 3 layers (including leveling layer, total thickness ≤ 6mm)

(3)特殊基面:需先做专项处理(如保温板接缝处需加网格布)

胶粘剂配比要求
