1、将100毫升水倒入500毫升容器中,再将石膏粉试样在1分钟之内均匀的撒在水中,静置30秒后,快速搅拌30秒,之后把石膏浆体倒入放置在在表面擦匀麻油的玻璃板上的铜管内,之后慢慢垂直向上提起铜管到20毫米处,让石膏浆体平铺成直径100毫米-120毫米,厚度在5毫米的试饼。
1. Pour 100 milliliters of water into a 500 milliliter container, then evenly sprinkle the gypsum powder sample in the water within 1 minute, let it stand for 30 seconds, quickly stir for 30 seconds, and then pour the gypsum slurry into a copper tube placed on a glass plate with evenly brushed sesame oil on the surface. Slowly lift the copper tube vertically up to 20 millimeters, and let the gypsum slurry spread evenly into a test cake with a diameter of 100-120 millimeters and a thickness of 5 millimeters.
2、用5毫米直径的玻璃棒每隔30秒划割1次,且每次划后需用软布将玻璃棒擦拭干净。一直到划痕两边的料浆不再合拢时即为初凝。其初凝时间通常从石膏粉撒入水中开始算起,直到不再合拢。

3、测定初凝后的试饼上用大拇指每隔10秒按压1次,当按压到印痕边缘没有水分出现即为终凝。其终凝时间通常由石膏粉撒入水中开始算起,直到边缘没有水分结束。
