乳胶漆再贵也救不了烂基层。腻子不是“刮白就行”，它是墙面的地基——选错类型、批厚了、没干透就打磨，半年后裂纹、空鼓、返碱全找上门。

No matter how expensive latex paint is, it cannot save the damaged base layer. Putty is not just about "scraping white", it is the foundation of the wall - if the wrong type is selected, the batch is thick, and it is not completely dry before polishing, cracks, hollowing, and alkali return will all come knocking on the door after six months.

一、内墙和外墙，别互相串岗

1、 Interior and exterior walls, do not cross paths with each other

客厅卧室（干燥）：成品内墙腻子，认JG/T298的Y型，好打磨、低气味；

Living room and bedroom (dry): Finished interior wall putty, recognized as JG/T298 Y-shaped, easy to polish, low odor;

厨卫/阳台/一楼：建议N型耐水腻子，浸水48h不掉粉、粘结强度≥0.5MPa；

Kitchen and bathroom/balcony/first floor: N-type water-resistant putty must be used, with no powder falling off after soaking in water for 48 hours and a bonding strength of ≥ 0.5MPa;

外墙：水泥基+柔性改性，扛紫外线、温差、雨水冲刷，别拿内墙腻子糊外立面，也别把外墙刚性腻子刮进卧室（成本高、不透气）。

Exterior wall: cement-based+flexible modification, capable of withstanding UV rays, temperature differences, and rainwater erosion. Do not apply interior wall putty to the exterior wall, and do not scrape rigid exterior wall putty into the bedroom (high cost, non breathable).

二、济南气候要加一条：抗冻抗干缩

冬冷、春秋风大、供暖季干热——本地配方得强化抗裂和抗冻融。选厂时直接问“有没有鲁中气候适配的耐水/外墙款”，比只报单价有用。

Cold winter, strong spring and autumn winds, dry and hot heating season - the local formula needs to strengthen crack resistance and frost resistance. When selecting a factory, directly asking 'Do you have water-resistant/exterior wall styles that are suitable for the climate in central Shandong?' is more useful than just quoting the unit price.

三、施工三红线，盯住就不返工

3、 Three red lines for construction, focus on them and avoid rework

基层先处理：浮灰油污清掉，疏松墙刷界面剂，吸水率高的别直接上腻子；

Grassroots treatment first: remove floating ash and oil stains, brush interface agent on loose walls, and do not apply putty directly to those with high water absorption rate;

薄批多道：单遍≤1–2mm，总厚宜≤5mm，上一道干透再刮下一道（别靠手摸猜干）；

Thin batch multi pass: single pass ≤ 1-2mm, total thickness should be ≤ 5mm, the previous pass should be dry before scraping the next pass (do not rely on hand touch to guess dryness);

严禁现场加胶：成品腻子兑水即用，加胶水=把甲醛和开裂风险一起拌进去。

It is strictly prohibited to add glue on site: the finished putty can be mixed with water immediately, and adding glue means mixing formaldehyde and cracking risk together.

四、验收看三样，不靠“看着挺平”

4、 Acceptance check three samples, not relying on 'looking flat'

2m靠尺缝隙≤3mm；灯光斜照无波浪影；阴阳角顺直、无裂纹空鼓。打磨用240#以上砂纸，别等面漆刷完再返工。

2m ruler gap ≤ 3mm; no wave shadow under oblique lighting; The yin and yang corners are straight, without cracks or hollows. Use sandpaper with a grit of 240 # or higher for polishing. Do not wait until the topcoat is applied before reworking.

五、找本地厂别只看吨价

5、 Don't just look at the ton price when looking for local factories

优先有自有干粉线、能出第三方检测（耐水/粘结/环保GB18582）、支持小样送检的源头厂；工程单再核批次一致性和同城补货响应——墙面一旦出问题，拆比买贵十倍。

Priority should be given to source factories with their own dry powder lines, third-party testing capabilities (water resistance/adhesion/environmental protection GB18582), and support for small sample testing; Engineering order rechecking batch consistency and local replenishment response - once there is a problem with the wall, dismantling is ten times more expensive than buying.
