很多工长觉得石膏粉是“干粉嘛，放多久都行”。结果开工搅拌时发现：同样加水比，浆料发黏、初凝比上次快一倍，上墙两天一抠还是软的。不是施工错了，是粉子在仓库里悄悄吸了水。

Many foremen think that gypsum powder is "dry powder, it can be stored for as long as possible". When starting the mixing process, it was found that with the same water ratio, the slurry became sticky and initially set twice as fast as last time, but it still remained soft even after two days on the wall. It's not a construction mistake, it's the powder quietly sucking water in the warehouse.

建筑石膏本质是β半水硫酸钙，它本身就“馋水”。空气湿度一高，它会把水汽吸回去变成二水石膏，活性下降，凝结变快、后期强度掉档。

The essence of building gypsum is beta hemihydrate calcium sulfate, which itself is "thirsty for water". When the air humidity is high, it will absorb water vapor back into dihydrate gypsum, causing a decrease in activity, faster condensation, and later strength degradation.

进场和存放盯住四条，比砍单价省钱：

Pay attention to four aspects of entry and storage, which saves money compared to cutting unit prices:

看生产日期和保质期。袋装抹灰石膏保质期一般6个月，散装3个月。到货先翻垛底几袋，生产超过3个月的降价接收，超过5个月的别上墙，拿去做找补料。

Check the production date and shelf life. The shelf life of bagged plastering gypsum is generally 6 months, while that of bulk plastering gypsum is 3 months. First, flip over a few bags at the bottom of the stack upon arrival. We will accept those that have been in production for more than 3 months at a discounted price. For those that have been in production for more than 5 months, please do not put them on the wall and use them as replacement materials.

垛底垫高10公分以上、离墙30公分。地面返潮是济南夏秋工地非常常见杀手。外面再盖防雨布，别让夜露直接结在袋面。

The base of the stack should be raised by at least 10 centimeters and kept 30 centimeters away from the wall. Ground moisture regain is the most common killer in summer and autumn construction sites in Jinan. Cover the bag with a rainproof cloth to prevent night dew from directly accumulating on the surface.

结块捏一下。轻微结块手一搓就散还能用；硬得像土坷垃、中心发黄的整袋退。已经开封没用完的，袋口扎紧再套一层塑料袋，别敞口过夜。

Pinch the lumps. Slight clumping can be easily dispersed by rubbing with your hand, but it can still be used; A whole bag that is hard like dirt and yellow in the center. For those that have already been opened but not used up, tie the bag tightly and put another layer of plastic bag over it. Do not leave the bag open overnight.

随搅随用。搅拌好的浆料在初凝前用完（通常50到90分钟，看配方和气温），已经发稠的严禁二次加水——加水重调的浆，强度直接腰斩，后期必空鼓。

Stir and use as needed. The mixed slurry should be used up before initial setting (usually 50 to 90 minutes, depending on the formula and temperature), and it is strictly prohibited to add water again if it has already thickened. The slurry that has been re mixed with water will have its strength cut off directly, and it will become hollow in the later stage.

再顺手记一个验收动作：每批抽样做一块10×10厘米试饼，自然干燥24小时后掰开看断面。断面发白细密、指甲掐不动算合格；断面松散掉粉，整批停用。

Record another acceptance action by hand: take a sample of 10 × 10cm test cake from each batch, dry it naturally for 24 hours, and then break it open to see the cross-section. If the cross-section turns white and fine, and the nails cannot be pinched, it is considered qualified; Loose cross-section and powder loss, the entire batch is out of service.

把“垛底垫高、先进先用、结硬退袋、稠了不加水”这四句写在仓库门后，同样一车粉，用出来的墙面才不会一半硬一半软。

Write these four sentences behind the warehouse door: 'Raise the bottom of the stack, use first, remove bags when hard, and do not add water when thick'. With the same amount of powder, the wall will not be half hard and half soft when used.
