  Gypsum powder, as a core material in the field of architectural decoration and craft production, highly relies on standardized water mixing operations for its performance. Gypsum powder is widely used in the Jinan area, from indoor painting to artistic sculpture. The precision of the water mixing process directly affects the work effect and finished product quality.

  兑水比例是首要控制参数。建筑用石膏粉的推荐水粉比通常为0.6-0.7:1,即每公斤干粉加水600-700毫升。该比例通过实验室流变测试确定,可确保浆体具有适宜的流动性和触变性。对于艺术铸造等精细作业,需将水粉比降至0.5:1以下,以提升浆体粘稠度,减少模型收缩率。

  The static defoaming process is often overlooked but crucial. The stirred slurry should be left to stand for 2-3 minutes to allow the internal bubbles to naturally rise and burst. For products with high flatness requirements such as mirror gypsum, vacuum degassing technology can be used to treat the slurry in a -0.08MPa vacuum environment for 5 minutes to eliminate micron sized bubbles.

  环境温湿度对作业窗口影响显著。当施工环境温度低于5℃时,需添加促凝剂将初凝时间控制在30分钟内;温度高于35℃时,则应使用缓凝剂延长操作时间至45分钟以上。相对湿度超过80%时,建议采用封闭养护,防止石膏表面碳化失光。

  The environmental temperature and humidity have a significant impact on the operation window. When the construction environment temperature is below 5 ℃, it is necessary to add a coagulant to control the initial setting time within 30 minutes; When the temperature is above 35 ℃, a retarder should be used to extend the operating time to more than 45 minutes. When the relative humidity exceeds 80%, it is recommended to use closed curing to prevent the gypsum surface from carbonizing and losing its luster.

  特殊应用场景需定制化配比。3D打印石膏需将水粉比降至0.4:1,并添加0.5%羟丙基甲基纤维素,使浆体具备剪切变稀特性。文物修复用石膏则需混入10%玻璃微珠,在保证强度的同时降低热膨胀系数。

  Customized ratios are required for special application scenarios. 3D printing gypsum requires reducing the water to powder ratio to 0.4:1 and adding 0.5% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose to give the slurry shear thinning properties. Gypsum used for cultural relic restoration needs to be mixed with 10% glass microspheres to ensure strength while reducing thermal expansion coefficient.

  质量检验贯穿整个工艺流程。流动度测试采用跳桌法,合格浆体扩散直径应达到180-220mm。硬化体检测需关注抗折强度与表面硬度,2小时抗折强度应≥2MPa,24小时邵氏硬度达到60HD以上。

  Quality inspection runs through the entire process flow. The flowability test adopts the jumping table method, and the qualified slurry diffusion diameter should reach 180-220mm. The hardened body testing should pay attention to the flexural strength and surface hardness. The flexural strength after 2 hours should be ≥ 2MPa, and the Shore hardness after 24 hours should reach 60HD or above.
