在施工工艺上,“薄批多遍”是腻子施工的核心原则。每遍批刮厚度非常好控制在1mm左右,等前一遍干透后再批刮下一遍。通常墙面找平需要2-3遍腻子施工——第一遍粗找平,用于填补较大缺陷;第二遍精找平,实现准确平整;必要时第三遍进行局部修正。普通腻子粉与水的比例通常为2:1(重量比),需用电动搅拌器充分混合至无颗粒状。搅拌时间不少于5分钟,静置3分钟后二次搅拌以消除气泡。严禁随意添加胶水或水泥,否则会破坏配方平衡,导致腻子层开裂。
